Racine- Allen Bernard Wainwright (Botchy), age 62, passed away at Aurora in Racine, WI on Sunday, March 31st, 2024.

Allen was born in Detroit, Michigan, on April 24, 1961, to Ruth Healy and Allen Jordan. He graduated from Park High School in the 80's. Allen also attended Cosmetology School at IBA and obtained his barber/cosmetology license. He worked as a barber/beautician for Ruth's Beauty Salon for over 30 years. He enjoyed gambling, playing slot machines, state lottery/scratch offs. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends at "The Shop" and during the holidays and cooking out. Allen also played the Congo in the family band.

Allen is survived by his mother, Ruth Healy, sisters; Sylvia Ward and Valerie (Eddie) Albritton; brother, Lloyd Wainwright; son; Allen Wainwright Jr.; daughters; Cynthia Mann, Ashley Wainwright, Kiyi Wainwright and Kira Wainwright; grandkids; Travon Jones, Skylah Overton, Ryleigh and Rayah Rayford, Mason Moran, Jeremiah and Amir Wainwright. He is also survived by his lifelong friend and mother of his children; Angie Ford; and children's mothers Bridgette Newton and Georgia Mann. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; Demetrius (Stephanie) Wainwright, Kevin Stewart, Jr., Nakesha Wainwright, Shakaira Wainwright, Kalikah Wainwright-Gordon, Patrice Wainwright, Sir'G Abritton and Xavier Albritton.

He is preceded in death by his father, Allen Jordan, stepfather John Blakey, nephew Javaris Wainwright and special friend Janice Miller.

Services for Allen will be held at 11AM on Friday, April 12th, 2024 at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home, 4600 County Line Road, Mount Pleasant, WI 53403.  His family will meet with relatives and friends beginning at 10AM until the time of service.   He will be interred at Graceland Cemetery.
