Anastasia Sivik of Kenosha, Wisconsin; formerly of Bronxville, N.Y.; died peacefully on November 17, 2015, at the age of 93. She was born on December 13, 1921 in Yonkers, N.Y.
Anastasia Sivik was employed by Burroughs Wellcome & Company in New York until her retirement. She was a member of St. Eugene's Catholic Church in Yonkers, New York. Throughout her life, she committed herself to her faith and her love was the Lord Jesus. Anastasia enjoyed traveling, cooking, and being with family and friends. She always looked forward to the opportunity of sharing time and memories with them. She had a great personality, kind, caring and helpful to those she came in contact with. Anastasia had a good heart and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by a brother-in-law Andrew Crill of New Jersey; many nieces, nephews, godchildren, other relatives and dear friends.
Anastasia was preceded in death by her sisters, Rose Sivik, Helen Crill and Mary Sadlon; brothers, John and Steve Sivik; brother-in-law, Stephen Sadlon; niece, Helen Wickline.
Funeral service will be held at St. Lucy's Catholic Church, 3101 Drexel Avenue, in Racine, Wisconsin on Monday, November 23, 2015. Visitation with the family will be at 10 A.M. at the church with rosary recited at 10:30 A.M. and mass at 11 A.M. with the Rev. Mark R. Jones officiating followed by a burial service at West Lawn Memorial Park.
