Obituary

GREENFIELD – Mrs. Audreyan B. Springer, 90, passed away at Ascension All Saints on Monday, January 27, 2026.
She was born in Antigo, WI on May 14, 1935, the daughter of the late John and Antoinette (nee Bartyczak) Banczak.  She graduated from Pulaski High School in Milwaukee in 1953.
Audreyan married Ronald Springer on July 28, 1979.  He preceded her in death on September 13, 2022.
Audreyan retired as Chief of Supply for the 440th Air Force Reserve Base after over 30 years of service.  She was a longtime member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Audreyan enjoyed her quiet time sewing and quilting, winning numerous ribbons at the State Fair.  She was the happiest in the company of her family.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Joette and Klay Shannon; her grandchildren, Quinn and Liam Shannon; her sisters, Elaine Willman and Blanche Sawicki; as well as dear nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sisters Delores McNew, and Virginia Kolasinski and brothers Florian Banczak and Alvin Banczak.
Family and friends are invited to meet at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (3722 S. 58th Street in Milwaukee) on Thursday, February 5, 2026, for a visitation from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM.  The celebration of her life and funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 AM with Rev. Peter Drenzek officiating.  Her entombment will follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery and Mausoleum.
