Barbara Ellen (Meier) Dawson, 79, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away on May 15, 2026.

She was born on February 22, 1947, to Andrew and Dorothy (Armacost) Meier. She was preceded in death by her brother, Christopher Meier, and is survived by her sister, Elsbeth (Sam).

Barbara was the mother of seven children. She was preceded in death by her children, Erik Lessard and April (Lessard) Wright, and is survived by her children, Belinda, Bethann, Sarah, Jacob, and Matthew. She also leaves behind 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Barbara enjoyed music, crafts, and nature.

The family will be mourning privately.  Arrangements are being handled by the Draeger-Langendorf funeral home 4600 county line rd Mount pleasant, WI 53403.
