MOUNT PLEASANT – Beau Christopher Michna, 44, passed away unexpectantly at his residence on Friday July 2, 2021.  He was born on October 31, 1976.

Beau graduated from Union Grove High School and received a degree at Concordia University while serving his country in the Army Reserves.  He was currently working for Steris Corp. and was a well-liked and hard-working employee.

Beau loved fishing, listening to heavy metal, boating and motorcycles.  He had a talent in refurbishing antique items and enjoyed mechanical projects, which included restoring a boat and building a motorcycle.  Beau was also an adventurous "foodie" and was always willing to try something new.  Beau will be remembered for being thoughtful and caring to friends and family.  He will be deeply missed for his wonderful sense of humor, and a smile that could light up a room.

Beau is survived by his children, Angelina Michna, Logan Michna, Elizabeth (Kyle) Smith, Isabella (fiancé, Ricky Torres) Kennow and Anastasia Kennow, his grandson, Nolan Torres; his mother, Donna (Bart) Dosedla, his father Tim (Irene) Michna; his brother, Derek Dosedla; sister, Andrea Dosedla and step-siblings Andrea, Nicholas and Jared Carrao.

Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory on Monday, July 26, 2021 , for a visitation from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.   A private service will take place.
