Becky Ann Bartels, age 29, entered into Eternal Life on Sunday, November 13, 2005. She was born in Milwaukee on August 27, 1976, daughter of Gary and Mary (nee: Salm) Bartels. Most of her life was lived in Racine, and she graduated from JI Case High School.

Becky was employed by Lakeside Curative, Inc. and had also worked at Career Industries. She was active in Special Olympics and loved to swim. Most of all she loved being with her friends and family.

Becky is survived by her loving parents, Gary and Mary Bartels, aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends. Her grandparents, many aunts and uncles, and cousins met her at heaven's gate.

The funeral mass for Becky will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (6400 Spring Street) with Fr. Bill Dietzler officiating. Visitation will be in the church Wednesday from 4 – 5:45 PM. Memorials to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer, Racine Special Olympics, or Vitas Hospice have been suggested.

Gary and Mary Bartels extend their blessings and thanksgivings to all of Becky's caregivers and loved ones in appreciation for all that you have done, and for what you meant to her.
