Obituary

RACINE – Betty Fae Whyte, 84, passed away at Villa at Lincoln Park on Saturday, June 15, 2019.

She was born in Los Angeles on April 10, 1935, the daughter of the late DeVon and Thelma (nee: Clarke) Francisco.

Betty was a loving mother of 6. She loved and cared for her dog Max for 14 years.  She enjoyed sewing, word search, reading and baseball.

She is survived by her children, Sharon (Merle) Baker of Michigan, Steven (Crystal) Whyte of Florida, Jay (Lisa) Whyte and daughter Patti Whyte both of Wisconsin; her son-in-law, David Urbaniak; her 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and counting; as well as nieces and nephews.   In addition to her parents; Betty was also preceded in death by her sister; JoAnn Belton, daughters; Shelley Urbaniak, and Judith (Melvin) Pike.

Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory on Saturday, June 29, 2019 for a visitation from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.  A service remembering and celebrating her life will follow at 3:00 p.m.  A private interment will take place at Forest Home Cemetery in Milwaukee.
