Billie Jean Conner, 57, was called Home by her Loving Savior, on Wednesday, December 11, 2013, with her family at her side. She was born in Beloit, WI on March 18, 1956. Billie Jean was a member of the New Omega Missionary Baptist Church. She had been a longtime employee of Warren Industries. Billie Jean loved being with her family and friends. She enjoyed playing slots and going to rummage and estate sales.

She leaves to mourn her passing, her children, Angela Gaston, of Birmingham, AL, Angel (Darrell) Henry-Nalls, of Fayette, AL, Javoeni Henry, Etra (Quentin) Jones, all of Racine; grandchildren, Krystal, Clarissa, and Jacory Gaston, Darius Nalls, Marquan Burgin, DeAundre Rowlins, La'Shaston, Henry, Aleyiah Nalls, Rakiya Jones,Sabriee Henry, and Quintin Jones; great grandson, Jayden Smith; brothers and sisters, Jackie Blackburn, Julia Andrews, Joanne Andrews, Jerry Andrews, Joyce (Arthur) McGee, Phynell (John) Branch, all of Racine, and Truman  (Dorothy) Jefferson, of St. Louis, MO; aunt, Bessie Andrews; best friend, Angie Booker, of Racine. Her nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends further survive her. Billie Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Jeff Jefferson and Julia Blannon, her husband, Charles Conner, sisters, Alma Jean Bruce , uncle, Champion Andrews and aunts, Linda Roebuck and Lillie Jefferson.

Her Homegoing Service will be celebrated in the New Omega Missionary Baptist Church, 5731 Northwestern Ave., on Saturday, December 21st at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fred L. Richmond Sr. officiating. Visitation will be in the church On Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In keeping with Billie Jean's wishes, cremation will follow.
