Carmella (nee: Saporito) Kehrer, age 76, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded with the love of family, on July 12, 2026.

Carmella was born in Pittston, PA on September 27, 1949 to the late Carlo and Mary (nee: Falcone) Saporito. On May 1, 1971 in Coronation Catholic Church in Buffalo, NY, she was united in marriage with Daniel Francis Kehrer.

Carm was a longtime member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. She enjoyed music, animals, cooking and, above all, being in the company of family & friends.

Surviving are her loving husband of over 55 years, Deacon Daniel F. Kehrer; their children, Michele Kehrer, Anthony Kehrer and Maria (Iryna Yavorska) Kehrer; her grand-dogs; brother, Sonny Saporito; sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law, Donna Nuedorff, Pat Kehrer, Tim Kehrer, Sharon Neudorff and Steve Johnson; special nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

In addition to her parents, Carm was preceded in death by her sister, Lucy Fogila; brother, Joe Saporito; sisters-in-law, Debbie Saporito, Laura Emlinger & Geralyn Johnson; and by Dan's parents.

Visitation will be in Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Monday, July 20 ^th , from 4:00 – 7:00 pm (prayer vigil service at 6:45 pm). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 10:00 am in St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 714 – 49 ^th Street in Kenosha, with Rev. Canon Sean Granger, K.H.S. officiating.  A luncheon will follow for relatives. Private interment will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Memorials to an animal shelter of your choice have been suggested.
