Carol bowled and golfed in her earlier years and enjoyed playing in her bridge club and participating in the Red Hat Society. She was a doting mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and was always smiling with a baby or animal in her lap.

In addition to her parents and husband, Carol was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Mathieus; her son, Curtis Meyer; and her nephew, Matthew Kotowski.
Family and friends are invited to meet at Grace Lutheran Church (3700 Washington Ave.) on Friday, July 26, 2024, for a visitation from 10:00 am – 11:00 am. A service celebrating her life will follow at 11:00 am. A private interment will take place at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.
