Racine – Carol Jean Smith, age 71, met her Lord and Savior on November 9, 2018 and was reunited with her beloved husband, Owen D. Smith.

Daughter of the late Roy and Tillie Longo, she is survived by her sister, Marlene Fink and stepchildren, Shawn (Nina), Lilly, and Evelyn Smith.  Also survived by nieces and nephews and other family and friends.

In accordance with Carol's wishes, there will be no funeral service.  A private celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
