Chester F. Grzyb, 96, passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2011. He was born in Racine on September 28, 1914 the son of the late Alexander and Mary (nee: Putra) Grzyb. Mr. Grzyb was a very active member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church until it closed. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, and was a member of the Numismatic Society.

Surviving are his loving wife of 66 years, Sabene, their daughters, Candace (Stephen) Ohan, of Cedarburg, and Patricia (John) Callender, of Racine; grandson, Kyle (Becky) Ohan; great grandson Deacon Ohan, all of Reedsburg, WI. His nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends further survive him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Alexander and Harry Grzyb, and sisters, Gertrude Opahle, and Florence Denzine.

His funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, January 26 ^th , at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. John Allen officiating. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Private entombment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery Hwy 32.
