Mrs. Christina L. Obermeier, 75, died at St. Mary's Medical Center on Tuesday, August 8, 2006. She was born in Columbus, OH on March 15, 1931, the daughter of the late Henry and Ida (nee: Radermacher) Wayer. On October 8, 1955, she married Siegfried Obermeier. He preceded her in death on April 4, 1990. Mrs. Obermeier was Methodist by faith and had attended Evangelical United Methodist Church. She was happiest when in the company of her family and especially enjoyed being around her grandchildren. Her survivors include her children; Mark (Vicki) Obermeier of Sturtevant; Debbie (Tom) Lojeski of Racine and her grandchildren, Matthew, David and Amanda Lojeski. Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Thursday, August 10, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. for the celebration of Christina's life. There will be a visitation in the funeral home on Thursday from 5-7 p.m. Her burial will take place at West Lawn Memorial Park on Friday at 11:00 a.m. A very special thank you to Dr. Michael Mullane and his staff for the loving care Christina received throughout the years.
