Christopher Daniel Struebing, 64, passed away on February 19,2026, in Racine, Wisconsin. Born on August 5, 1961, he was the cherished son of he late Daniel L. Struebing and Nancy C. Struebing (Soule).

A 1979 graduate of Washington Park High School, Christopher dedicated much of his career to caregiving at the Wisconsin Southern Center. Known for his honesty and kindness, he touched the lives of many with his gentle spirit and compassionate nature. Though quiet at first, Christopher's warmth shone through to those who had the privilege of knowing him well.

Christopher found joy in classic entertainment, holding a deep appreciation for old movies and television sitcoms from the 1960's and 1970's. He especially loved "The Wizard of Oz" and admired icons like Judy Garland, Lucille Ball, Elizabeth Montgomery, and Cher. These passions brought him comfort and happiness throughout his life.

He is survived by his siblings: Gail (Struebing) and Joseph Machalik, Daniel (Barb) Struebing, Lynn (Struebing) and John Avitabile, and Jay Struebing. Christopher was a beloved uncle to nephews Jacob (Rosa) Avitabile, Joseph (Maggie) Avitabile, Tyler (Kaytlyn) Struebing, Adrian Machalik, Daniel (Elissa) Machalik, and John Mark Avitabile; nieces Maria (Struebing) Gerardo, Samantha (Machalik) and Charlie Gallagher, Leah (Avitabile) and Daniel Cotsajay, Charlotte Machalik, and Alicia (Avitabile) and Joseph Cissell, as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews.

A private funeral will be held at a later date. In honor of Christopher's memory, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
