
Racine – Clarance Robinson, 78, passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Kindred Kenosha-North. He was born in Moro, Arkansas on March 13, 1934, son of the late Bob and Bertha (nee: Anderson) Robinson. He was a Racine area resident for most of his life.
Clarance will be fondly remembered for his easy going personality and friendly nature. He enjoyed fishing and playing cards with friends, but mostly enjoyed being with his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his children, Edward Lenore in Texas, Deborah (Arnell) Smith in Arkansas, Cynthia Dismuke, Sandra Kitt, and Diahanna (Alvin) Evans all of Racine; 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; four sisters, Mattie Winfield, Jerline Smith, Mae Bertha (James) Buckley, and Eartha Murphy all of Chicago, Illinois; 2 brothers, Val Willis Robinson of Racine; and Henry (Odessa) Robinson in Michigan; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his long-time companion, Ruth Kitt; two sisters, Pearline Meadows, and Elizabeth Robinson; and his brother, Frank Robinson.
Homegoing services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 19, 2012 with Rev. A.W. Scaife officiating. All are invited to visit with the family in the funeral home beginning at 10:00 a.m. Cemetery services will be private.
