Obituary

~~  Clayton A. Lalor, 64, passed away unexpectedly in Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare- All Saints. He was born in Racine on September 1, 1950 the son of Bernard and Elida "Sue" (nee: Smith) Lalor. On Nov. 1, 1974, in St. Patrick's Church, he was united in marriage to the former Nancy Granger. Clay was employed by Mowry's Service in 1975, later becoming the owner until the station closed upon his retirement. Clay was a true Jack of All Trades. He also enjoyed working on all kinds of electronics. Clay was an avid Packer fan.  Clay was best known for his sense of humor and his kind heart.  He will be dearly missed. Surviving are his wife, Nancy; their daughters, Kristin (Adam) Gustin; Kathleen (fiancé, DeRon Jones) Lalor; grandchildren Alana Gustin, De Ron II, Jasmine, and Cheyenne Jones; mother, Elida "Sue" Lalor, of Columbia, TN; brothers and sisters, David (Laura) Lalor, of New Albany, IN, Dean Lalor, of Racine, Thayne (John) Brown, of Columbia, TN, Patricia Lalor, and Linus (Julie) Lalor, all of Racine; brother-in-law Lenny Werla, of Appleton. His nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive him.  Clay was preceded in death by his daughter, Becky, his father, Bernard, sister, Katherine Werla, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Mary Granger. His funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10th, in the Olympian Brown Unitarian Universalist Church, 625 College Ave., with Rev. Tony Larsen officiating. Visitation will be in the church on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Private burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the family to establish a living memorial at a later date,
