~~Racine – Cynthia "Sugar" (Nee: Hall) Andrews, 52, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2015.  A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, August 7, 2015 at 11am at St. Paul MBC, 1123 Center St. Visitation will be in the church from 10am until the time of service.  Bishop Lawrence L.
