Racine- David S. Chlopek, 58, passed away unexpectedly at All Saints-St. Mary's Medical Center on Sunday, April 30, 2006. David was born in Racine to Anthony and Elizabeth (nee: Dobos) Chlopek. He lived most of his life in Racine but had thoroughly enjoyed residing in Cleveland, OH for several years. Among many of his interests, David had collected an extensive library of opera and classical music and was a superb cook. Surviving is his longtime companion of 20 years, William C. Mraz. In honoring David's wishes, cremation will take place without any formal public services.
