Deangelo Earl Sims, Jr. was born on July 16, 2015 in Racine at All Saints Hospital; Son of Destiny Lipsey and Deangelo Sims, Sr. He was a true fighter, and Mommy's hero for four brief, but greatly cherished weeks. Deangelo gained his angel wings and entered eternal life on Thursday August 13, 2015.

In addition to his parents, survivors include grandparents Lisa and James Lipsey, Angelia Sims and Jessica Jackson; great-grandparents Nancy and James MacDougal, and Tommy Parnell (of Kansas); brothers De'Varion Sims and Kamron Jordon; one aunt, Iesha Lipsey and two uncles, Anthony Lipsey and Devontra Sims; as well as a host of other relatives and family friends.  He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents LuBirdia Hollis, Roosevelt Dotson, and Betty Higginbottom.

Visitation will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday August 26, 2015 at 12:00 pm followed by services at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Graceland cemetery.
