Debra L. Green, 57, passed away at Hospitality Manor in Kenosha on Saturday, December 17, 2011. She was born in Racine on February 19, 1954. Debra was a 1972 graduate of Horlick High School.

Debra enjoyed her life's work as a registered nurse at Claridge House and at Washington Manor. Most of all she enjoyed being a loving mom and grandmother.

She is survived by her children, Lutisha Green of Charlotte, N Carolina, Misty Thomas, Amanda Mayweather, Frank (Artavia) Mayweather, and Victoria (Kevin Manning) Mayweather all of Racine; 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; brothers Thomas (Paula) Green of Chesterton, Indiana and Richard (Beverly) Green of St. Paul, Minnesota; sisters Kathy ( Edward) Heidon of Carthage, Mississippi and Patricia Carey of Oceanside, California; sister-in-law Janey Carey in California; her good friends, Lee Wallace and Gwen Riley; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Florence and Pat Patino; and her brother, John Green.

Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 23, 2011 with Pastor T.L. Howell officiating. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. Memorials to the family have been suggested.
