Racine – Deloris (nee: Mann) Bell, age 67, gained her eternal reward on Friday, March 1, 2019 at Ascension – All Saints Hospital in Racine, Wisconsin.  A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019, 11:00am at Greater Grace Temple C.O.G.I.C., 522 N. Memorial Dr., Racine, WI.  Visitation will be in the church from 9:00am until the time of service.  Interment will take place at Graceland Cemetery.
