Racine- Dennis C. Fatheree, 49, passed away unexpectedly in the Emergency Room of Wheaton Franciscan – All Saints Medical Center on Wednesday, September 17, 2008. Dennis was born in Chicago, IL on May 3, 1959 to the late James Pipkins and Josephine (nee: Mitchell) Fatheree. He lived in Racine for most of his life. For the past several years, Dennis was employed by General Converters and Assemblers. He enjoyed music, bowling, shooting pool and was a fantastic chef. Above all, Dennis loved nothing more than being in the surroundings of his entire family. Surviving are his children, Christopher Anderson, Zenetria Starks and Dennis (Contessa) Starks; beloved grandchildren; brother, David (Charlene Walls) Fatheree; sister, Amy McGee; many, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends too numerous to mention by name. Homegoing services will be celebrated in Searching Together Missionary Baptist Church, 825 – 21st Street, on Friday, September 26, 2008 at 11 am with Rev. Willie Riley officiating. Interment will follow in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be in the church on Friday from 10-11 am.
