Obituary

Mr. Donald Neufuss, 71, died unexpectedly at his home on Monday, May 9, 2011.

He was born in Milwaukee on October 3, 1939, the son of Henry Alvin and Anna Mary (nee: Lesatz) Neufuss.  After graduating from high school, Donald proudly served his nation with U.S. Army.

Donald was a small business owner in Racine for over 20 years, operating Business Couriers, a messenger delivery service.  Although he enjoyed his work, his passions were for engineering (he attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering) and for music.

He is survived by his son, Donald J. (Rebekah) Neufuss of Madison; his sister, Fran (Lloyd) Krumlauf and nephew, Michael Donald Lloyd Krumlauf both of Naperville, IL; as well as cousins and friends; especially his longtime customers and Castlewood Restaurant mates.

Friends are invited to meet at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove ( http://dva.state.wi.us/cem_southern.aspon ) on Monday, May 16, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. for a service honoring and remembering Donald's life.  His interment will follow with military honors.  In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to the Wisconsin Veterans Home – Boland Hall (21425 E Spring St Union Grove , Wisconsin 53182 )
