Doris M. Eggert, 78, passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2008 in the Arizona Heart Hospital. She was born in LaCrosse, WI on August 21, 1929 the daughter of the late Rudolph and Alvina (nee: Smith) Berzinski. On June 30, 1979 she was united in marriage to Bruce Eggert. Doris had been a hostess and waitress at the Spinning Wheel Restaurant for over 30 years. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Doris enjoyed knitting, gardening, and crocheting. Her greatest love was her family. Surviving are her husband Bruce; daughter Sharon (Dennis) Koblenski of Delafield, Thomas Arms of Washburn, WA; grandchildren, Sam (Natalie) Koblenski, Lisa Koblenski, and Simon Koblenski, Nathaniel Arms and Byron Arms; great-granddaughter Lilly Koblenski; sister Margaret (James) Moe, and niece Kathy Gombar all of LaCrosse. She was also preceded in death by her sons Jeffery and Dennis Arms. Her Memorial Service will be held on Sunday Feb. 24th. in the funeral home at 2:00 p.m., with Rev . John Aiello officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the Service. Private inurnment will take place in West Lawn Memorial Park.
