Racine – DuWayne F. Welch, 64, passed away at home on November 25, 2017, surrounded by the love of his family.  He was born in Racine on April 14, 1953, son of the late Kenneth and Marcella (née: Dashner) Welch.

DuWayne was a Quality Engineering Technician for InSinkErator starting in 1971 and retiring on November 20, 2012.  He enjoyed many hobbies including woodworking, bowling, gardening, camping, fishing, and watching Packer games.  DuWayne also combined his love for deer and photography by photographing many deer in his back yard.

DuWayne leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Jennifer Welch; grandchildren, Vanessa Kossack, Klerissa Kossack, Selina Rodriguez, Alexis Larson-Welch; great-grandchildren, Ayden Borger, Jayda Egerson, Ava Borger, Ellianna Valdez, Jordan Rutherford, Mitchell Brau; sister, Patty (Guy) Simon; other relatives and dear friends too numerous to mention.

In addition to his parents, DuWayne is preceded in death by his son, Steven Wayne Welch; grandson, Marcos Antonio Rodriguez; and brother, Ronald Joseph Welch.

A celebration of DuWayne's life will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, 12:00pm, at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, 4600 County Line Road.  Visitation will be from 10:00am until the time of the service.  Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to the family.
