Obituary

Edward R. Bartoszuk, 73, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at home with his wife by his side. He was born in Wilde, Buenos Aires, Argentina, on August 22, 1949, son of the late Stanley and Clara (née Gironi) Bartoszuk.  Edward came to the United States at the age of eleven.

Edward was united in marriage to the love of his life, Susan A. Molskness, on June 3, 1972, in Thief River Falls, MN.

He was a field service technician for various companies over the years. He was an entrepreneur, building custom machines and upgrading old machines.

Edward loved making music. He played guitar, bass, and accordion. He spoke 3 languages along with English: Spanish, Polish and Italian. Edward enjoyed spicy foods, his dogs, woodworking and home remodeling. He was a giving person, spending 14 years volunteering for Royal Family Kids Camp as a woodworking instructor. He enjoyed making empanadas and sharing them with others. Above all, he loved his family tremendously and will be dearly missed.

Edward leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 50 years, Susan Bartoszuk; sons, Joshua (Amy) Bartoszuk, Benjamin (Jessica) Bartoszuk, Luke (Romina) Bartoszuk, Reuben Bartoszuk; grandchildren, Quinn Bartoszuk, Jacob Bartoszuk, Sadie Bartoszuk, Ethan Edward Bartoszuk, Stella Bartoszuk¸ Leah Bartoszuk, Luke Bartoszuk; brother, Ted Bartoszuk; sister, Izabela Bartoszuk; other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.

A celebration of Edward's life will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, 4:00pm, at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, 4600 County Line Road. Visitation will be from 2:30pm until the time of the service. The family has suggested memorials to the Royal Family Kids Camp ( https://racine-rfk.org/donate ).

The family would like to extend a heart-felt "Thank You" to the staff at Heartland/ProMedica Hospice and to his caretaker, Rosario Ingles.

Service Details

A celebration of Edward's life will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, 4:00pm, at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, 4600 County Line Road.  Visitation will be from 2:30pm until the time of the service.
