Esther Chapman (Ayers/ Ebbitt) passed away peacefully in the loving arms of her 3 daughters on the evening of October 18, 2018, after a long struggle with Alzheimer's.  Esther was a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the states of Ohio, Wisconsin, North Carolina and Kentucky and served as a Consultant for many other nursing homes. She also taught Geriatric Nursing for Practical Nurses at Canton Adult Vocation Educational and was a Registered Nurse in the states of Ohio and Wisconsin.   She also furthered her education with a B.S.M. from Milton College.  Esther retired from being a Nursing Home Administrator at Castle Nursing Homes Inc.  Esther dedicated her life to the care of others.  She is survived by her children: Debbie (Mike) Emerich, Terry (Ken) Hazell, Sandy (Tom) Popp.  She is also survived by her Grand Children:  Caleb, Corrine, Corrie, Jacqueline, Joseph and Esther, and 11 Great Grandchildren.  She is greatly loved and will be truly missed, not just by her family but by the lives of all those she has touch.
