Frank Steinmetz, 56, died unexpectedly at his residence on Wednesday, September 19, 2007. He was born in Dayton, OH on February 12, 1951, the son of the late Frank and Velma (nee: Friend) Steinmetz. Frank had been employed by Racine Tire. He was an avid Cincinnati Bengal fan. Surviving are his brother Charles Steinmetz of Dayton, OH; sisters Velma Pettry, with whom he lived, and Roberta Stamper of Dayton, OH. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters Katherine Drummond and Ada Joy Steinmetz, brother Daniel Steinmetz, brother-in-law King Pettry III and nephew King Pettry IV. In keeping with Frank's wishes cremation will take place and there will not be any services.
