Twin Lakes – Fred C. Blake III, 43, passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Froedtert South Hospital St. Catherine's Medical Center in Kenosha. He was born in Kenosha on May 26, 1975 to Fred and Carolyn (nee: McLeod) Blake.

Fred was an avid hunter and fisherman, and if he wasn't participating in these activities, he was outdoors experiencing what nature had to offer.  Whether it was camping, or just sitting at a bonfire, that is where he felt most comfortable.  If weather did not permit, you could find him inside cooking delicious meals that he always shared with anybody that was around.  One of Fred's biggest loves was watching the Chicago Cubs and Bears play, and if he ever had the chance to go to a game, he was there. As anybody who knew Fred would agree, he was just simply a wonderful person to be around.  He had one of the kindest souls on this earth. He loved his family with all his heart, as they did he.  Although he never had children of his own, he had nieces and nephews that he loved as his own.  Fred's closest buddy that has been by his side through thick and thin the last ten years was his buddy Porter.  Porter is Fred's chocolate lab, and the closest thing to being one of his offspring.  Porter's going to miss Fred, as well as his loving family and friends.

Freddie is survived by his mother Carolyn (Jerry) Flannery of Wheatland; sisters Bobbie (Kelly) Pecha of Salem, and Tammy (Jason) Schnaare of Twin Lakes, nephews and nieces Joshua Blake, Kassidi Beasley, Ashley Beasley, Alyssa Schnaare, Ollie Pecha, and Maxwell Pecha; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Charles Blake I, and infant brother Charles Blake II.

Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11am on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 officiated by Rev. Marie Shepherd. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Public visitation from 10am – 11am. Freddie's family has encouraged living memorials to Kenosha Human Development Services.

Fred was a huge Cubbie fan. Everyone is invited to wear their favorite Cub gear in his honor.
