He is survived by his daughters, Shannon Falkner and Kayla Schultz; sons, Gerald (Frankie) and Michael Schultz; sisters, Tammy Schultz and Colleen Burns; nephew, Nick Schultz. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Eileen; and former wife, Charmaine Jurkowski.
