Guadalupe Jose Maldonado, 92, passed away in Ridgewood Care Center, on December 25, 2009. He was born in Mexico City, Mexico on April 18, 1917 the son of the late Alberto and Elodia (nee: Eberra) Maldonado. Surviving are his children, Juan (Josephine) Maldonado, Adolfo (Rita) Maldonado, Jesus (Yolanda) Maldonado, Alberto (Elia) Maldonado, Elodia (Isaias) Ruiz, Pablo (Lisa) Maldonado, Gabriel (Lillia) Maldonado, Guadalupe Maldonado, all of Racine, and Catalina (Guillermo) Lujano, in Mexico; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, 5 brothers, and a sister. In addition to his parents, Mr. Maldonado was preceded in death by his wife, Maria Jesus Solis Maldonado. His Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 1100 Erie St., at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Esteban Redolad officiating. Visitation will be in the church on Wednesday, from 12:00 O'clock Noon until the time of the Mass. Burial will in Calvary Cemetery.
