Howard J. Yandell, "Brother", 84, was called Home by his loving Savior on Sunday, July 11, 2010. He was born in Jackson, TN on Sept. 1, 1925 the son of the late Walter and Octavia (nee: Lee) Yandell, Sr.

Howard had been employed by R.C.O.C. He was a member of the Higher Dimensions Church. Howard enjoyed working puzzles and bowling.

Surviving are his sister Mary Louise Tenzy, of Racine; nephews, Albert Tenzy, Jr. and Pastor Adrian (Cassandra) Malone. Howard is further survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends; including his aid and special friend, Regina Johnson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Walter Yandell, Jr.

His celebration service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, July 17 ^th at 10:00 a.m. with his nephew, Pastor Adrian D. Malone officiating. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be Monday, July 19, 2010, 10:00 am, at Graceland Cemetery.
