Racine – Infant Monique Amore Johnson passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016 at Advocate Medical Group Neonatology in Park Ridge, Illinois.  Monique was born on March 17, 2016 in Racine, Wisconsin to Eran L. and Latasha M. (nee: Ward) Johnson.  A Celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, May18th in the Funeral Home Chapel at 12:00pm.  Your invited to visit with the family from 11:00am until the time of service.  Burial will take place at Graceland Cemetery immidiatly following the service.
