It is with deep sadness to announce our son, Jacob Richard Lui, born August 13, 1998, has passed away due to a tragic car accident on May 18, 2024.

Jacob will be deeply missed; our hearts are forever broken. He was the most caring and loving person. Jacob graduated from Park High School in 2016 and was currently employed with Quick Cable. Jacob loved helping his dad anytime he needed him. Most of all, Jacob loved riding his motorcycle with Katelyn. He had fun playing goofy games with Catalaya and caring for the family dog, Gunner. Jacob's favorite holiday is July 4 ^th when he loved to light the biggest and loudest fireworks. He loved his bass music just as loud. His greatest enjoyment was working on fast cars and motorcycles.

Left to cherish Jacob's memories are his parents, John and Susan Lui; sister, Madilyn Lui; brother Joshua Kroes (Diana and Alex); the love of his life, Katelyn Brown; nieces, Catalaya Davis and Mariah Kroes; other relatives and good friends. Jacob was preceded in death by Grandpa and Grandma Lui; Grandpa Ammon and Uncle Bob Ammon.

Service Details

Services celebrating Jacob's life will be held in Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 12:00PM. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00AM until the time of service. Interment will take place at West Lawn Memorial Park, 9000 Washington Avenue, Racine.
