Joseph J. Loughan, 80, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2009. Joseph was one of seven children born to Charles and Alva (nee: Harder) Loughan. Surviving are his brothers and sisters, Bernard (Evelyn) Loughan, of Racine, Arthur (Sue) Loughan, of Holton, IN, Barbara Loughan, Jacqueline Loughan, both of Racine, and Pat Bower, of Sturtevant; sister-in-law Delores Loughan, of Waupaca. In addition to his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by his wife, Gayle F. (nee: Rugotski) Loughan, and his brother, Charles W. Loughan. Private services were held in West Lawn Memorial Park.
