Racine – James Craig Neil, 64, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away December 29th 2022.

He is survived by his daughter, Cassandra Neil, daughter's fiance, John Beneke, mother, Violet Neil (Koneska), and his two younger siblings, Jeanine and David.

James served his country in the United States Navy.

His passions included cooking, music, and Packer football. He will be missed by all and was known to be a kind and caring man.

Funeral/ Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
