James Lee Williams Jr., 48, was called Home, from Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, by his Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 20, 2008. James was born in Milwaukee, on July 6, 1959 the son of Rev. James Lee and Lorraine (nee: Miller) Williams Sr. James graduated from Tremper High School. He served his country with the U.S, Marine Corps. James treasured the time spent with his family, especially his children. He had been employed by Wal-Mart and Ocean Spray. James enjoyed poetry, he was the Ambassador of the Year for 7 of 8 years in Southeast Wisconsin. James loved being on the lake and recently went on a camping trip and met Gilbert Brown of the Green Bay Packers. He also enjoyed singing, was a practical joker and comedian. Surviving are his children, Corey James (Shante) Dixon, Crystal Lockett, Jamisha Williams, Najee Williams, and James Williams III; his parents Rev. James Lee Williams Sr. and Lorraine Williams, fiancée Lori Zirkle; brothers and sisters, Sandra (Apostle Mark) Webb, Brian (Shakita) Williams, Brenda (Edward) Kelly, Ervin Williams, Roz (Matthew) Hardy, and Billy Williams. James is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. He will be deeply missed missed by all who knew and loved him. His Home going Service will be held on Thursday, March 27th at 11:00 a.m. in the Greater Mt. Hebron C.O.G.I.C., 7445 20th Ave., with his father Rev. James Lee Williams Sr. officiating. Visitation will be in the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Service. Burial, with full military honors, will follow in Southern Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery, Union Grove.
