Jeffery Coleman, Son of Pinkie E. Smith and the Late Lee A. Smith was born March 30, 1961 in Enterprise, MS and made his transition into eternity Friday June 21, 2013. 

He was baptized at Greater Mount Eagle Missionary Baptist Church at an early age.  He Graduated from Washington Park High School where he played football and was on the wrestling team.   He was also very gifted in math.  Jeffery attended Gateway Technical College to become a Journeyman electrician until his health failed.  Jeffery was employed as a printer and as a die caster for ACME.  He was also employed by Intermet.

Jeffery leaves to cherish his memory his mother Pinkie Smith of Racine; children Jeffery Coleman of Racine, Tomisha Gray of Blue Mountain, MS, Mariah and Savannah Espinoza of Racine, WI; grandchildren, Ahnesti  Coleman & Promyse Thomas of Racine. Zacaria & Leemarion Smith, Dashaunna ___, William ___ of Blue Mountain, MS; siblings: Bernard Smith, Lavern (Julia) Stewart, Ricky (Melissa) Smith, Laurie Coleman-McIntosh, Daisy (Mike) Turner,  Zena Coleman, Leatrice Smith, Brenda (Maurice) Jenkins, Lee (Karen) Smith, Renee Smith, Roena Smith, Beatrice Smith, Shanda Smith, Vernon Thomas, Prentice Thomas; aunts & uncles: Barbara Thomas, Corrine (Charles) Brown, Beverly (Arletha) Coleman, Lamar (Gwen) Scott; extended family: Jeremy, Sheree & Jodie Koker, Val  Walton of Racine,WI; plus multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Lee Smith, maternal and paternal grandparents, and a host of aunts and uncles.

Jeffery had a creative way with words.  He would recount events in a way that made you either wish you were there or give thanks that you were not.   His unique personality will be greatly missed.  The way he loved will live on in all who knew and loved him.
