
Loveland, CO- Jeff Poole, 61, passed away Saturday, January 1, 2011 at Kindred Hospital in Greenfield after a valiant battle with pancreatic cancer.
Jeff was born and raised in Connecticut and moved to Colorado in his early 20’s. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in English. Jeff was a man of many talents. In the 1990’s, he began working at Anatomy-in-Clay, a company dedicated to creating educational tools to help educate students interested in going into the medical field. It was this career that brought him to Wisconsin where he developed strong friendships and became involved with Wisconsin HOSA.
Jeff is survived by his fiancée, Sylvia Sanchez of Racine, his father and step-mother, George and Dorothy Poole of Vincennes, Indiana and his daughter, Gracie Matteson of Denver, Colorado. Jeff touched the lives of many people in Wisconsin and throughout the USA, Japan and Australia. He will be missed by all.
A memorial service will be held in Loveland, Colorado in the spring.

Jeff was a great guy; I hung out with him for a couple of years at old Englewood G.C. We had a great day skiing at Loveland with MO, another lost friend from another century. R.I.P. Brother, you are missed.
