Jennifer Lynn Duggan, 44, passed away, unexpectedly, in Ascension-All Saints ER on Wednesday, February 7, 2018. She was born in Elgin, Illinois on May 9, 1973. Jennifer had been employed by the Wisconsin Hospitality Group as a manager of one of the Applebee's restaurants.

Surviving are her children, Samantha Duggan, of Milwaukee, Frank (Brittany Tanner) Heeg, , Kimberly Heeg, all of Racine; 11 grandchildren, Sunny Curtis, Chantario Curtis, Emahanii Curtis, Javien Anderson, Moesha Vincent, Gianna Vallin, Zara Vallin, Paxton Tanner, Alexis Tanner, Carlos Ramirez Jr., Leannah Ramirez, and soon to be born Timothy Monroe Jr.; mother, Terri Ann Draganowski, of Morgantown, KY; three brothers, Robert (Damon York-Duggan) Duggan,of Antioch, IL Jeremy (Jennifer) Mroch, of Johnsburg, IL, Jarred Mroch, of McHenry, IL, niece, Madisyn Duggan, two nephews, Christopher Mroch, and Logan Charles Mroch; and her longtime loving companion, William "Will" Dantzler. Jennifer was preceded in death by her daughter, Alexis Heeg.

Service Details

Visitation Sunday February 18th from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.

A Celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 p.m.
