Racine – Joan Judith Naonie "Judy," 76, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at St. Mary's Medical Center. She had given her life to Jesus Christ one week before. She was born in Great Britain on Sept. 28, 1929 and served in the British Royal Navy before marrying a member of the U.S. Navy, Thomas B. Tisdale. As a homemaker, Judy devoted her life to her children and they lived in the U.S. and abroad, eventually moving to the Ocala, FL area, where she continued to live for many years. Recently, she moved to Albany, GA and Racine, WI with family. Survivors include her two sons, Franklin (Christina) Tisdale, Racine; Victor (Sherrie) Tisdale, Leesburg, GA; and grandchildren: Anastacia, Michael and Ian. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carol "Willy" Tisdale. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 30 at 1 p.m. at Calvary Chapel Racine (located within the Shopko mall), with Pastor Robert Nettles officiating.
