Racine – Joe Louis House, age 83, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at his residence in Racine,Wisconsin.  He was born on October 27, 1935 to Lenzy "Bud" and Lourella (nee: Williams) House in Humboldt, Tennessee.

Joe leaves to cherish his memories, his children, Lilvegas (Robert) Spearman of Jacksonville Florida; Tavaris House of Arlington, Texas, Linay House of Racine, Wisconsin, Gerald (Lisa) House and  Joyce Patton of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Savon, Sayonna , Ire, Jamora, Tyrene, Trya, Cayla,Courtney, Cory, Lakaylyn and Jaylyn; great-grandson, Te Morfe Jr.; siblings, Charles Andrew (Linda) House of Racine, WI and Mamie Lue Webb of Bells, TN; fiancé, Dale Williams of Racine, WI; best friend, Dora Berryhill of Racine, WI and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Alvernice Payne, Ressie Jones, Charlotte Mclemore Clayton, Addiebelle Klyce, Eva May Lacey, Joelle Higgins, Elizabeth Barnett, Norlene Sherron; brothers, Moses House, Leegusta House, Thomas Calvin "TC" House, Hermon Warren A Celebration of His Life will be held on Friday, March 15, 2019, 1:00pm at Midtown Church of Christ, 1704 13th St., Racine, WI.  Visitation will be in the church from 12:00pm until the time of service.
