Johnnie Duckworth

vet
Nov 10, 1962 – Mar 27, 2022

Service Details

Services for Johnnie will be private for the family.

Johnnie Duckworth, 59, received the promise of eternal life on Sunday, March 27, 2022. He was born in Racine on November 10, 1962, son of John and Vivian (née: Hale) Duckworth.

Johnnie proudly and faithfully served his country in the United States Army. He was an avid Packer fan, loved music, softball, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He enjoyed volunteering at the food pantry until he could no longer do so.  Johnnie was family oriented and treasured the time he was able to spend with his loved ones.

Johnnie leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Vivian Duckworth; children, Jonathan, Tiara (John), Jordan, and Javon; siblings, Tory Hale, Renee Duckworth, Mark Duckworth; special significant other, Gracie Witherspoon; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family too numerous to mention.

Johnnie is preceded in death by his father, John M. Duckworth; uncle, Charles Hale, Jr.; aunt, Betty Lockridge; grandparents, Charlie and Freddie B. (née: Oakley) Hale.

Services for Johnnie will be private for the family.

The family would like to thank his hospital nurse, Jane, and hospice nurse, Eva for the love and care given to Johnnie and our family at this difficult time.
