Joyce Marie Andrews, age 65, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her children, on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Aurora Medical Center – Mount Pleasant.

Joyce was born in Chicago, IL on August 10, 1960, to the late Arthur and Janet (nee: Weber) Sagel. She served the community of Genoa City as a Certified Nursing Assistant until suffering a work-related accident that forced her into early retirement.

Joyce was always 'Mom' to all and was loved by many throughout her life. Joyce was unwavering in the love she gave and yet gave more. Among her interests, Joyce enjoyed spending time with family and friends, going on adventures, bunches of laughs, coffee, shopping, bingo, poker, crime stories and naps. Above all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and hanging out with "the girls" as often as she could.

Surviving are her children, Brian (Amy) Sagel, Cindy Kach and Candace Burnett; granddaughters, Natilee Flynn and Liliana Sagel; sisters, Janet Wehmeyer, Jean Lagor, June Sagel and Joan (Dennis) Baumhart; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her son Bradley Sagel and brothers, Arthur, Bobby and Scott Sagel.

In accordance with Joyce's wishes, family will celebrate her life privately.
