Joyce Ann Neal, age 55, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Froedtert South – Kenosha, WI.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 17th, 11:00am in the Chapel of the Funeral Home.  The Visitation will be from 10:00am until the time of service. Bishop Lawrence L. Kirby will be Officiating. Interment will take place at Graceland Cemetery.
