Infant Juelz Na-Key became and angel on Monday, November 12, 2012.

He is survived by his mother, Tonia Canady; sisters, Rayshari, Calayah, Camayiah; grandparents, Phyllis Canady, Sam Beaver, and Charles Adams; aunts, Mary (Efrem Coleman) Canady, and Ishea Allen; and uncle, Marcellus (Ashley) Canady, all of Racine. Juelz Na-Key was preceded in death by his uncle, Markey Canady in 2005.

A graveside service will be held in Graceland Cemetery on Thursday, November 15 ^th , at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Keith T. Evans officiating. Please meet at the gate of Graceland Cemetery at 9:45 a.m.
