Julio Chavez, age 14, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2024

Julio was born in Kenosha to Alfredo Chavez and Ignacia Romani. Julio was a caring and smart son, brother and uncle. He was and always will be loved and remembered by his family. Julio loved playing video games, taking care of his pets, and most importantly spending time with family.

Surviving are his parents, Alfredo and Ignacia (step father, Sergio); brothers and sisters, Juan (Megan) Chavez, Jennifer (Deo) Young, Erika Chavez and Julian Chavez; nieces, Natalia, Marianna and Katalina, nephew, Jamison; pets, Kira, Muffin, Cachis and Michelangelo. Julio was preceded in death by his baby sister, Lupe.

Julio nació en Kenosha, hijo de Alfredo Chávez y Ignacia Romani. Julio era un hijo cariñoso, inteligente, hermano y tío. Él fue y siempre será amado y recordado por su familia. Julio amaba jugar videojuegos, cuidar de sus mascotas y, lo más importante, pasar tiempo con la familia.

Sobrevivientes son sus padres, Alfredo y Ignacia (padrastro, Sergio); hermanos y hermanas, Juan (Cuñada, Megan) Chávez, Jennifer (Cuñado, Deo) Young, Erika Chávez y Julián Chávez; Sobrinas, Natalia, Marianna y Katalina, Sobrino, Jamison; mascotas, Kira, Muffin, Cachis y Michelangelo. Julio fue precedido en la muerte por su hermana pequeña, Lupe.

Service Details

Services for Julio will be held in Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 6:00PM with Father Jose Mario Nieto Restrepo officiating. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00PM – 6:00PM. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
