Our beloved father, Kenneth J. Karsnick, 93, passed away peacefully with family at his bedside.

He was born on November 9, 1929 in Sheboygan, WI to Frank and Verona Karsnick. After graduating from Wm. Horlick High School he served in the U.S. Air Force. He spent most of his working career at Motor Specialty in Racine becoming VP of Engineering. Although mid-career, he established his own manufacturing company, it was eventually acquired by Motor Specialty bringing Ken back to the company.

Ken easily made friends wherever he went because of his contagious smile and his corny and witty jokes. He enjoyed tennis, playing golf with his friend Don Kamm, couples bridge, dancing with Marie, woodworking, and building homes in his spare time.

Ken is preceded in death by his wife Marie P. Karsnick and his sister Germaine Boehme.

He is adored by his three children, Kris (Dr. Richard) Rozran, Jan (Matthew) Sullivan and Gregg (Yuko) Karsnick. His grandchildren, Brad Rozran, Lindsey (Kemp) Collings, Ryan (Amy) Sullivan, Shannon Gamble and Colin (Lucia) Sullivan loved their Bumpa. He was blessed with 5 great grandchildren, Reid Collings, Grant and Cate Sullivan, Shanyi'a Gamble and Xavier Brown.

He will also be missed by dear family friend, Carol Hegmann, the Kamm family and two step daughters Terry (Tim) Meyer and Leslie (Kirk) Gain, along with numerous step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank all the caregivers at Newcastle Place Memory Care Unit in Mequon, WI and special friend, Trish Moesel.

Visitation will be held from 10:30-11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2201 Northwestern Ave, Racine, WI on Thursday, October 26, 2023. A mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. A private interment will follow the Mass.
