Kim C. Sheppard, 62, passed away at Columbia-St. Mary's Hospital, Milwaukee, on Saturday, December 21, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Racine on October 6, 1957, the daughter of the late William and Mary Ann (nee: Trolle) Woelfel.

Kim served the Racine Community as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, 24 years at All-Saints, and lately at the Ridgewood Care Center. Kim continued to give, by being an Organ Donor. She loved gardening, camping, and Indy Racing. Her most treasured memories came from the times spent with family and friends, especially the grandchildren.

Surviving are her three children, Jared Dvorak, of Racine, Mehgan Garcia, of Salem Lakes, WI, and Steven (Holland) Dvorak, of South Milwaukee; 7 grandchildren, Kesley, Aleah, Evan, Jackson, Benjamin, Penelope, and Loralie; 2 great grandchildren, Cayden and Ember; 2 brothers, Billy (Pauline) Woelfel, of Auckland, New Zealand, and John Woelfel, sister, Nancy (David) Willis, all of Racine, her two best friends, Debra Andersen, and Liz Valdez, and her beloved dog, Lily Mae. Her  nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive her.

Service Details

Kim C. Sheppard, 62, passed away in Columbia/St. Mary's Hospital, in Milwaukee on Saturday, December 21, 2019. Her funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Monday, December 30 ^th at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Monday, from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service. A private burial service will take place, at a later time.
