Racine, WI – K vonte LaShawn Kidd-Ellis Sr. was born on September 26, 1991, in Racine, Wisconsin to Rhonda L. Ellis and Kovac Kidd.

Kvonte received his formal education in th Racine Unified School System. Kvonte was a very fashionable person, he loved to dress. He became the spotlight whenever and wherever he made his arrival. He was a very loving, funny, outgoing and outspoken person. Kvonte loved to eat, he also enjoyed playing cards, shooting dice and darts. He tried to be a peace maker and he was VERY BIG ON RESPECT. He loved spending time with his family and Kvonte's #1 priority in life was his five children.

One of his biggest goals in life was to become a homeowner and a construction worker. He wanted to relocate to another state to create a better life for his children and himself.

Unexpectedly, on May 10, 2022, Kvonte L. Kidd-Ellis Sr. was tragically called home from this life on earth. He leaves to cherish his wonderful memory, his mother Rhonda Ellis and father Kovac Kidd; his children Ka'liyah Kidd-Ellis, Ja'Kye Kidd-Ellis and their mother Shavonne Hill, Kvonte Kidd-Ellis Jr, K'Von Kidd-Ellis and KiArah Kidd-Ellis and their mother/fiancée Nisha Bostick; siblings Emerald (Brittany) Kidd, Lakesha (Dontea) Kidd, Elanda Kidd, Dontea Kidd, Michelle Kidd, Kovac Kidd Jr, Kovus Kidd, Lexus Kidd and Gina Ramsey; nieces and nephew Amarionna, Marcus Jr, Latierra, Latianna, Christajia, Michael Jr, Messiah, Major, LaBella and A'lahdrainna; aunts and uncles Raymond Ellis, David (Retha) Ellis, Daniel (Jill) Ellis, Daryl Ellis, John (Betty Ruth) Kidd, Phil (Stein) Kidd, Danny (Ruby) Kidd, Melvin (Lillian) Kidd, Kim Kidd, Debbie Kidd, Kelly Kidd, Eric Martin and Tony Jones; special cousin Daniel Ellis Jr. as well as a host of family and friends too numerous to mention by name.

He was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother Walter Mae Ellis; grandfather Glover Kidd; aunt Vicki Cummings and his dearest cousin Tyron Ellis.

A Celebration of His Life will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022, 11:00am, in the chapel of Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home, 4600 County Line Rd., Racine, WI.  Visitation will be in the chapel 9:00am – 11:00am.      Please visit the website at a later date for his complete obituary.
